Meet our founder
Culture First Consulting was founded by Alex Burley, a transformation leader with over 25 years’ experience guiding organisations through change. Alex’s background combines board-level leadership with hands-on experience in culture assessment, change planning, and leadership development — bringing both strategic vision and practical know-how to every project.
